ommissioning & Operation

  1. Complete all inspections before initial commissioning.
  2. Ensure wiring complies with the manual and electrical specifications.
  3. Confirm all bolts are fully tightened without looseness.
  4. Verify all connectors are securely connected.
  5. Check all protective devices.
  6. Keep personnel out of the hazardous zone of the conveyor.

Connect the wiring as instructed and power on the unit. Observe the status of LED indicators. Proceed only if everything is normal. For internal speed adjustment, turn the knob to the first gear and check normal operation before switching to high-speed mode.

Emergency & Fault Handling

  1. Stop the conveyor immediately and cut off the power supply in case of emergencies or faults.
  2. Provide first aid and call emergency services for personnel injuries.
  3. Refer to the user manual.
  4. Notify relevant personnel and arrange professional technicians for troubleshooting.

Warranty, Maintenance & Inspection

Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, human damage or unauthorized disassembly.

  1. Do not touch the terminals of the drive card within 30 seconds after power-off to avoid electric shock from residual voltage.
  2. Regularly inspect the drive card and cables for damage.
  3. Inspect the drive card at least once a year.
